How to use action plan software |
- Create a separate category folder for each action plan (use Category Bar to create Categories)
- Make a list of tasks for your action plan (use CTRL + ALT +A to quickly add tasks to the list)
- Prioritize your tasks according to their importance or urgency to help your action plan succeed faster (use SHIFT + CTRL + UP or SHIFT + CTRL + DOWN to increase or decrease priority)
- Estimate time you need to do each task and set its due date (use Edit Task dialog)
- Set reminder not to forget about important tasks of your action plan (use Reminder option in Edit Task dialog)
- Check a task 'done' once you completed it (use Checkbox)
