How to use action plan software |
- Create separate categories for goals, actions and responsibilities (use Create New Category on Category Bar)
- List the actions, goals and responsibilities for your affirmative action plan under appropriate category (use CTRL + ALT +A to quickly add tasks to the list)
- Prioritize these items according to their importance for your affirmative action plan (use SHIFT + CTRL + UP or SHIFT + CTRL + DOWN to increase or decrease priority)
- Set the deadlines for each task for the timetable (use Due Date and Time in Edit Task dialog)
- Assign your human resources to these items and inform them about it (use Resource Assignment Bar and Send Task to Assigned Resource)
