How to use employee action plan software |
- Make a list of tasks for your employees (use CTRL + ALT +A to quickly add tasks to the list)
- Prioritize your tasks according to their importance or urgency to help your action plan succeed faster (use SHIFT + CTRL + UP or SHIFT + CTRL + DOWN to increase or decrease priority)
- Estimate time your employees need to do each task and set its due date (use Edit Task dialog)
- Send tasks to your employees by email (use Send Task to Assigned Resource)
- Track the tasks' status and progress (use Status and Complete% options in Edit Task dialog)
- Check the tasks 'done' once your employees informed you about completion by email (use Checkbox)
