- Make a record of all tasks in hand. Adding new task is quite simple – just press CTRL + ALT + A.
- When creating a task, select due date from calendar or set a recurrence task. You can find these settings in Edit Task / General TAB.
- You can set a reminder for each task. It could be email, text message to your mobile, pop-up box on your screen or sound alert. Use Reminder TAB in Edit Task dialog.
- When your list is ready, prioritize your tasks. Select a task and use SHIFT + CTRL + UP to increase priority or SHIFT + CTRL + DOWN or decrease it.
- Create different categories and distribute tasks between them. You can move task to suitable category by Drag & Drop method or using context menu.
