How to build a high performance team

Not all the things are quite right in our work. If your staff is reduced, you come to work earlier, go home later and already forgot when you had a lunch, as in spite of everything all the work must be completed. Anyway to recover your work-life balance, you need some help in building a high performance team.Here are 5 simple steps of building a high performance team:

- You don't have to be the 'boss' to build a high performance team. If you try to take everything over the control, you will have to work overtime or you won't manage to do your own work in time. While managing your team, take control of your own work and be the boss to yourself.
- Analyze the work of your teams. It is possible that one team works well and another team needs your attention. Pay more of your attention to the teams that need to be improved. Do the improving step by step and your efforts will make the biggest difference to your working life.
- Ask the team's customers what they think about your team. Ask the team members what they think about themselves as a group and individually. You need to recognize the team's strengths and discuss where performance gaps exist and plan to close them.
- You need to spend more time on coaching your team. But when you organize regular work of your team, maintaining a high performance team doesn't have to take all your time.
- After you built your team – maintenance order and get one of your teams functioning well, if you establish a reputation for being an effective team leader, you will be pleasantly surprised, how much easier it is to make improvements elsewhere.
