How to use human resource management system
|
- Make a list of your human resources filling out their names, emails, addresses, phone numbers, job titles, etc. (use Resources TAB)
- Make a list of tasks for your human resources for a day, week or month (use CTRL + ALT +A)
- Set due time for each task your human resource should do (use Edit Task dialog to specify the time)
- Assign your human resources to tasks (by drag and drop method from Resource Assignment Bar)
- Track your human resources productivity using Complete%, Status and time Left options
