Make new habits to save your time

All people have habits. Some of our habits are good and some of them are not. However, each person can make some new habit. The most common problem of most people is lack of time. So, why we can't make a habit that will save our time?

Here are several tips that can help you to find a new habit that will help you to save time:

  • If you wait for something, you can do another task while waiting. For example: if you are waiting while a kettle boils the water in the morning, you can look through some documents or go to the bathroom and wash up or do something else. Use your waiting time with benefits, if you can do several tasks at the same time, do them.
  • Make associations if you are always forget to do something. If you usually forget your keys, make it an association with something else. For example: put something beside them (something that you use every morning, like a comb).
  • Plan your day and plan the tasks you need to accomplish during this day, by setting priorities on each task. Without planning a big quantity of time is spent on the trifles or on some repeated actions you can avoid. You can plan your day on a sheet of paper or if you work at computer you can use software.
