- Look at the situation as objective as you can. Study all positive and negative sides.
- Decide which tasks are important and which tasks are urgent. Create a task list and decide which of your tasks should be done first.
- It is possible that you need some help. Help can come from anywhere - from your coworker, from your friend or even from your child. Independent opinion can help you in solving your problem. Don't hesitate to ask someone who can help you.
