- When creating a list of your skills and appearance, focus on the things you can do, not on the things you can not do.

- When you realize what you can do, then choose the field you would like to work in (science, medicine, government, etc.).
- Ask yourself the following questions: “What lifestyle do I want?”, “What is my ideal day?”, “What kind of people are around me?”, etc.
- Think about the place you want to live. If you decide to live far from your workplace, you need to consider the dull reality of trains, automobiles and other transport. Maybe it would be better to market your skills online?
- How much money is enough? When choosing a job don’t set salary as the most important priority.
- Ask yourself if you want to work in the same place and in the same position all your life or you have some possibilities to grow and develop? Lack of advances in career can be the main reason of changing this career.
- Changing your career in the midlife, undoubtedly, is a hard work. But what is more appropriate for you: to stay at your old routine job which don’t meet your requirements or to make a strong decision and find the job which you really like?
