| " Although I use Microsoft Outlook I found that
the task tracking in your software has a better view and layout than Outlook. I like
the way that icons can be used for different categories, and the different colours
that are used in the main task list make it easier to get an overall
picture of outstanding issues." |

Reduce stress at work
|
Most people live in a permanent hurry; they work hard, don't have enough time to accomplish their tasks and as a result feel themselves stressed. It is well known that it is practically impossible to avoid stress at work. It would be great if we can be in two places at the same time, accomplish all our tasks in time and have some free time we can spend on ourselves. Unfortunately, we can't avoid stress at all, but we can try to reduce it. Here are several techniques that can help you in reducing stress:
|
- When you feel yourself overwhelmed, irritated or angry, take a break. Take a walk; switch your attention to something pleasant, so you will feel yourself calm and keep working more productively.
- Don't hesitate to ask someone for help. If someone can give you advice that can help you in your work or you can delegate some of the tasks you have to your colleagues, do it. As by delegating, you can free up your time and focus on your most important tasks.
- Don't give up! If you have a large project, don't suggest an idea to yourself, that you won't be able to complete it. Just break it down into smaller parts and achieve each part step by step.
- Remember, that each problem can be solved! You just need to find a solution. Don't worry, just focus on your problem and you'll find necessary solution nevertheless.
- Reward yourself for each completed project or large task. It will keep you motivated for your future tasks and projects and also give you a feeling of satisfaction.
