How to use VIP Team To Do List in Small Business
|
- List your employees and enter their contact information (email, address, phone). Just left-click on Resource Assignment Bar and select New Resource from context menu.
- Write down all tasks and jobs you have in your small business. To create a new task press CTRL + ALT + A.
- When creating a task you can assign it to your employee in Resources TAB.
- Set due date and time for each task in General TAB.
- You can send a reminder of this task to your employee’s email or mobile phone in Reminder TAB.
