What blocks employees' productivity

Many people want to be productive and so does their employer. It makes sense as they want to get more from life and employers want to get more from employees. But there many factors that block employees productivity. Here are some of them:

- Amateurs. Don't save money on qualified people as the unqualified people can bring down the productivity of your company. Some tasks can be delegated even to a student, but for some specific and important tasks, it is necessary to take a qualified employee. Qualified people are always available if the pay is fair, no matter how tight labor market is.
- Lack of training. The main mistake of the employers is that they don't see a sense in training their employees. They think that they waste their time and money. They know that someday their employee will quite and take all the knowledge with him. Consider treating as investment, not as expense.
- Difference between personal and company goals. The employers and the employees have their own life and goals. The ideal situation is when employees see their position as a vehicle to get them where they want to go in life financially, professionally and socially.
- Work overload. Don't think that you and your employees can do everything during the day. One can complete a half of tasks but do it effectively. If people are overworked, their productivity is decreasing.
- Burn out. The main reason why people leave their work voluntarily is "burn out". It is a gradual process that lasts for months and years, during which, productivity and commitment is reducing. If the employers are not aware of the problem, there will be no opportunity to prevent it.
