• Review the plan quarterly. Organize quarterly review meetings with the whole team. Where each member of your team will present his results and tell everyone about his future plans for the next quarter.
• Reward success. Reward people if they deserve it. And let the rest of the team know that you notice each of their progress and reward accordingly.
• Set external deadlines. Set external deadlines for yourself and for your team. Each member of your team has to know the time-limit for every task he needs to complete. Set reminders that will notify you and your team members about the deadlines.
• Just do it. Try to keep doing all these recommendations, and even if you slip into the same mistake, don't give up.
