its name, priority, input notes if needed, select due date and set an alarm.
The program can be easily configured to alert you with a sound you've chosen
as well as a special reminder that pops up on your desktop or by sending an
email. To further simplify task organization and tracking, a range of tasks
that match one topic can be grouped into one category.
Along with easy task creation options, VIP Organizer demonstrates high flexibility
in task management. It features a set of filters that narrow the range of tasks
to display, thus simplifying their viewing and retrieval. Task records can be
sorted by category, priority, done/undone property or due date. With VIP Organizer
you can import tasks from a CSV task; export tasks to XML, MS Excel, HTML, TXT,
CSV files; print the task list and all this can be done in one click. Your personal
data can be protected with a password to eliminate any chance of unauthorized
access.
