On the right hand side there is a cateory bar which allows you to organize the categories as you wish, sub categories etc.

Why does this organization not also show in the main task screen or when you print? How can I arrange the view in my order, not alpha?

To show categories and subcategories with their tasks for printing or main task screen you should drag header of category column and drop it to the space above the grid.

That doesn't work Serge, it only allows the list to be changed up or down by alpha, not the heirarchry designed on the right side?
