My technique is to set a Due Date for all low priority items - and once they go past the due date (i.e. "Left Time" becomes red for past due), they become URGENT items. This way all my low priority items get done rather than languishing at the bottom of the to-do list for months (years? Very Happy )

Thank you Sean, it is a good tip. I personally seldom set due dates for low priority items as usually don't know when I have time to compleate them. But your technique sounds like a possible way out and I will try it.
