expanding/collapsing sub-categories changes filter

1. create category "foo"
2. create sub-category "bar"
3. double click "foo" so the filter is for "foo" and "bar"
4. press the "-" sign next to "foo" to collapse sub-category
5. press the "+" sign again to expand sub-category
6. repeat steps 4 and 5 twice or more times.

As you keep pressing the "+" and "-" signs repeatedly to expand/collapse the sub-category, the filter will continue to cycle from on and off.

Thanks. We will do everything we can to fix it if it is possible on component level, however, it is mostly a Windows issue. If you click too quickly it understands it as a double-click.
