ctrl-up/down arrow causes category to be moved up/down-bug?

Similar to my last post (see: "CTRL-backspace causes category to become sub-category - bug?") it seems you can also move a category up and down in the category list by using CTRL-up arrow (to move it up in the list) or CTRL-down arrow (to move it down in the list). This would be a nice shortcut in general but this is happening while I'm editing a task!

To reproduce:

1) filter by a category (this is technically not necessary but the bug is easier to see this way)
2) select any task from that category
3) place cursor in either the task title field or the notes field
4) press CTRL-up arrow and the task moves up in the category list
5) press CTRL-down arrow and the task moves down in the category list
