Using Employee Calendar Software for Time Management

After you set start and finish dates and user assignments for your tasks and duplicate the template, your meeting agenda will be created, and then assigned users will see it on their calendars. The Scheduler panel in the Tasks view lets you quickly switch between user calendars and drag and drop items of the template to make task assignments.

Schedule performance tells you how well you adhere to the planned course of action and whether you meet scheduled deadlines. In CentriQS, the performance of your schedule can be measured in terms of the time you spend on your tasks. The calendar software lets you compare actual time against estimates and calculate deviation. If there is a positive deviation then apparently you come up ahead of your schedule. In case your tasks are delayed and still in progress regardless of the scheduled deadlines, you deviate from the schedule and demonstrate lower performance. Ideally, you should stick to your schedule and complete your tasks which are due to be done, and then you will reach a zero deviation. All of this data can be viewed and analyzed in Task Analytics.
