VIP Organizer is email reminder which
gathers your tasks into a manageable list and notifies you by email (to mobile as well), sound or desktop message that time has come for action, so you could make your plans a reality faster.
Using time management tips you will optimize the time you spend on carrying out tasks.
- Make a list of to do items and tasks you would like to be reminded of (use CTRL + ALT +A to quickly add tasks and items to the list)
- Prioritize your tasks according to their urgency or importance (use SHIFT + CTRL + UP or SHIFT + CTRL + DOWN to increase or decrease priority)
- Set due date and time for each task (use Due Date in Edit Task dialog to specify the date in the drop down calendar)
- Set SMTP options to send emails (use Options in menu Tools)
- Set date and time when you want the reminder to notify you about tasks to do. (use Reminder in Edit Task Dialog)
