VIP Organizer is personal information manager you can use to manage your personal information, goals, tasks and time. Using VIP Organizer you will optimize efforts you take to carry out your everyday tasks and activities.
- Make a list of your personal information you would like to manage (use CTRL + ALT + A to quickly add tasks and items to the list)
- Prioritize your personal information items according to their urgency or importance (use SHIFT + CTRL + UP or SHIFT + CTRL + DOWN to increase or decrease priority)
- Set due date and time if you have tasks to do (use Due Date in Edit Task dialog to specify the date in the drop down calendar)
- Set reminder to be timely informed about things you are likely to forget (use Reminder in Edit Task Dialog)
- Sort and filter your personal information and to do items by their attributes (use Task Grid columns and Filter panel)
