- Prioritize problems according to their urgency or importance (use SHIFT + CTRL + UP or SHIFT + CTRL + DOWN to increase or decrease priority)
- Assign your correction team members to the tasks you've planned for solving problems (drag a human resource from Resource Assignment Bar and drop it on a task from your list)
- Set deadlines for each problem to be solved (use Due Date in Edit Task dialog to specify the date in the drop down calendar)
- Track the problem status (use Status and Complete% options in Edit Task dialog), time left till correction (use Time Left column) and check them 'done' once they are solved.
