It is based on the 'to do list' solution that lets develop a more detailed to-do plan.

How to use action plan template software |
- Use category folder as a separate action plan (use Category Bar to create Categories)
- Make a list of tasks for your each of your weekly or daily plans (use CTRL + ALT +A to quickly add tasks to the list)
- Prioritize your tasks according to their importance or urgency (use SHIFT + CTRL + UP or SHIFT + CTRL + DOWN to increase or decrease priority)
- Estimate time you need to do each task and set its due date (use Edit Task dialog)
- Track the process of making your plan a reality (use Complete% option in Edit Task dialog)
- Check a task 'done' once you completed it (use Checkbox)
