- Define your goals as separate categories (use Category Bar to create Categories)
- Make a list of tasks to achieve each goals (use CTRL + ALT +A to quickly add tasks to the list)
- Prioritize your tasks according to their importance to highlight those that help you achieve goals better (use SHIFT + CTRL + UP or SHIFT + CTRL + DOWN to increase or decrease priority)
- Estimate time you need to do each task and set its due date (use Edit Task dialog)
- Set reminder not to forget about the task (use Reminder option in Edit Task dialog)
