All people want to have more time during a day, but the main reason of the lack of time is inability of managing the hours we have each day. We don't need to work harder to accomplish everything we plan during the day; we need to work smarter to spend our time productively. Here are 5 simple tips that can help us to avoid the most common mistakes and save our time:

  • Plan. Start each day with the list of the tasks you need to accomplish that day. After accomplishing some of your daily tasks mark them or strike them out to see the rest ones.
  • Keep your desk clean. Clear some useless papers from your desk and sort all useful documents, so you will be able to find the important document easily.
  • Sleep enough. Every person needs to sleep 8 hours a day to be productive. As if you are tired you can't work as productive as you can work when you are rested. So, if you force yourself to do some work when you are tired, you just waste your time.
  • Delegate. Don't try to do everything by yourself, delegate some tasks that can be accomplished by someone else, and free up your time for most important tasks.
  • Plan some free time for yourself. You can't always work, you need a rest, you need to spend some time with your family and friends, and probably you have a hobby, etc. Always include some free time in your list and spend it with pleasure.

Using these 5 simple tips, you will learn how to save your time and know how many tasks you can accomplish during each day.
