"This software rocks golden. Have been looking for this thingy a long time now. My search is over."

" Although I use Microsoft Outlook I found that the task tracking in your software has a better view and layout than Outlook. I like the way that icons can be used for different categories, and the different colours that are used in the main task list make it easier to get an overall picture of outstanding issues."
Christopher Jones -

Four ways not to say YES

reminder to mobile. Main view of reminder to mobile.

How often do you say "yes", when you should say "no"? How often do you criticize yourself because of inability of saying "no"? Of course it is much easier to recommend than to do. However, you need to try the following tips:

  1. More often the desire of saying "no" appears when we overwhelmed. So, why we don't do the same when we want to reach the success? Be honest to yourself while making some decisions or accepting somebody's requests.
  2. If you already decide to say "no" more often, discipline yourself and don't let yourself to change your mind.
  3. Delegate some tasks in which you are not professional to other more competent people.
  4. Say something like this: "I'll decide if I have time after I'll complete my project." So you won't offend the person and won't overwhelm yourself.

If it is very important to plan the tasks you want to accomplish during a day. You can write them down or if you use computer, the best way is to use software in which you can store all the information you need. Software allows you to create a task list, prioritize your tasks, set the deadlines, manage your projects and so you will no more answer “yes” on each request as you can open VIP Organizer and see is it possible or not. So try these tips and VIP Organizer and you will see the result.
