Inflow management tip

Every hour or even every minute we receive various information from outside world, such as: e-mail, some paper work, phone calls, etc. It is very difficult to remember all tasks that you need to do. Inflow management can help you to put all the information into your time management system without forgetting about it.

In fact you don't need to handle items as you received them, you can put them off until you'll finish the work you are doing now. You won't forget or loose the information if you save it in your computer or write it down in your task list. Any time you can look into your task list and do the task you need at the moment.

A good task list can include in itself all the tasks that you receive by e-mail, calls, paperwork, drop in visitors, meeting action items, your own ideas and insights, etc. But don't forget look it through as the amount of new information is constantly increasing.

If you receive some of your tasks by phone, some tasks by e-mail, etc. you can use VIP Organizer.
