Most small business owners have a big quantity of tasks, appointments, projects and meetings that must be accomplished during the day. But, most often they don't have enough time to accomplish everything. This happens because of poor time management. To improve time management, it is important to plan your activities in the right way. Here are several tips that can help you in right planning:

  • Create a schedule. (You can use a diary and write down all the tasks or software if you use computer and store in it all information).

  • Prioritize tasks by importance and urgency.
  • If some of your tasks are large. You can break them down to small parts and achieve them step by step.
  • Check how much time you need to accomplish each of your tasks and set deadlines.
  • Reward yourself after each completion of the task, so you will be motivated to reach the rest of your tasks.
