Time charts are based on the time mapping concept developed by Julie Morgenstern in Time Management From the Inside Out as a way to apply her expertise in organizing spaces to the organization of time.

Time charts help to organize your time by weeks. Developing your time chart you have to choose and allocate the best time for each type of activity. That doesn't mean that the tasks that are important for you on this week will be so important next week. You can change tasks every week by their importance. For example: On this week you want to focus on your family and home, but on next week you'll focus on your work and career.

How to arrange the ideal time chart for a week? Sometimes our life throws unexpected situations and that may require you to adjust your schedule. But if everything is according to the plan, your ideal time chart reflects how you would like to spend your time. It is very important to go through your time chart from time to time to keep them current with some changes in your life.

Each person has his own peak productivity hours and only these hours he has to do all of important tasks he planned. The rest of tasks he can do when his energy expires.For example: If you feel that your peak productivity hours are from 12 to 16 that is the best time for meeting with clients, important phone calls, etc.

Alternatively you can use VIP Organizer that allows you to create a task list, in which you can plan all your tasks and projects, set priorities and status to each of your tasks, add notes, set a reminder and receive notifications about the tasks you need to complete first.
