- Set due date for each task (use Due Date in Edit Task dialog to specify the date in the drop down calendar)
- Set due time for each date (use Edit Task dialog to specify the time)
- Assign your members of your project group to tasks (by drag and drop method from Resource Assignment Bar)
- Send personal to do list to each member of project group (use Send To Do List option)
- Track time left till completion and notify your group members about deadlines (use Time Left column)
