  • Make a list of all your tasks, jobs and objectives. To create a new task press CTRL + ALT + A. When adding a task you can set due date and time for it.
  • Create several categories and distribute your tasks by them. You can move a task to suitable category by Drag & Drop method or using context menu. Perhaps, you would like to create not only categories, but also subcategories.
  • Priorities are very helpful to organize your small business information. There are six priority statuses available: from “Urgent” to “Lowest”.
  • You can easily sort, filter and group your tasks by any property, and even search through your small business information.
  • List your employees and input their contact information. To add a new employee left-click on Resource Assignment Bar and select New Resource from context menu. Now you are able to delegate tasks to your employees by Drag&Drop method.
