- Make a list of your employees. To add a new employees left-click on Resource Assignment Bar and select New Resource from context menu.
- List all tasks and jobs to be done. To create a new task press CTRL + ALT + A.
- Set due date and time for each task in General TAB.
- You can delegate a task to your subordinate using Drag&Drop method.
- You can easily send to do list to your subordinate. Left-click on his or her name and select “Send to do list” from context menu. It will be created automatically.
