VIP Organizer is event reminder which
gathers your tasks into a manageable list and notifies you by email (to mobile as well), sound or desktop message that time has come for action, so you could make your plans a reality faster.
Using time management tips you will optimize the time you spend on carrying out tasks.
- Make a list of your events or tasks for each event (use CTRL + ALT + A to quickly add new tasks to the list)
- Set due date and time for each event (use drop down calendar in Edit Task dialog)
- Set reminder to be timely informed about tasks you should do to better organize the event (use Reminder TAB in Edit Task dialog)
- Choose the way to be informed about coming soon events (use message, sound or email settings)
- Check out the event once the it is over (use Checkbox).
