- Write down all tasks and jobs to be done. To add a new task press CTRL + ALT + A.
- Set due date for each task. You can even set exact due time, if necessary.
- Make a list of your employees and input their contact info (phone, email etc.). Just left-click on Resource Assignment Bar and select New Resource from context menu.
- Delegating tasks is an important point of small business management. To delegate a task to your subordinate you should select a task and check employee name on Resource Assignment Bar.
- You can send to do list to your employee. Left-click on his or her name and select “Send to do list” from context menu. To do list will be created automatically.
