You will hardly find suggestions or any other suggestions that give you an understanding of a to-do list. In this article an attempt to give this understanding has been made. Also the article gives suggestions regarding software solutions that help create and manage task lists and forms , as well as project checklists, templates and action plans.

Task form refers to a format that defines how tasks can be ordered, organized, categorized, sorted and filtered. It is widely used by managers to create to-do lists, task templates, project checklists and action plans. For example, sales managers can use forms for creating a task list that shows sales staff the steps required for undertaking the sales process.
