| " Although I use Microsoft Outlook I found that
the task tracking in your software has a better view and layout than Outlook. I like
the way that icons can be used for different categories, and the different colours
that are used in the main task list make it easier to get an overall
picture of outstanding issues." |

Task prioritizer – tool for keeping the task priority register of your project
|
In order to successfully complete any working process you need to find a right way for allocation of efforts taken on different areas of this process. In other words you need to concentrate your efforts at right points, so really important (key) tasks can be completed on time. Outlining task priorities is really important arrangement as far as you cannot let your team to waste energy and time on low-priority activities, but you should clearly set the level of importance for each task in the project worksheet – this will help to specify working process through creating task priority matrix (task priority register) where each of the tasks takes its place according to its task priority. |
The best way to set, control and communicate task priority to team members is to use task prioritizer – special software that allows creating and keeping shared task priority register which is used for identifying urgency and importance of tasks that should be performed on the project. Effective task prioritizer allows doing a number of operations related to setting the optimal view of your worksheet with regard to tasks priorities – for example task priority inversion (setting the decreasing or increasing order of tasks according to level of their importance). Of course this is not the only functionality of task prioritizer, but its small part – let’s briefly consider the rest in the following reviews.
