Categories

To-Do List Software. Main view of To-Do List Software. Groupware is divided into two categories related to time and two other categories related to place. When a group is using an application at the same time, it is called synchronous groupware; when a group is using the same application at different times, it is called asynchronous groupware. The place-related categories are collocated, when the groupware is used by people in the same place; and distance, when the groupware is used by people in different places.
Synchronous Groupware Product

VIP Task Manager is synchronous collocated groupware for task management. It is client/server system that allows Tasks and Human Resources Planning, Events and Appointments Scheduling Projects and To-Do Lists Sharing, Time and Employees Tracking, Company Workflow Management. Authorized users can simultaneously access the common database through Local Network (LAN) to see, add, edit and delete their team or personal tasks, if they are grunted appropriate permissions.

Asynchronous Groupware Product

VIP Team To Do List is asynchronous non-collocated groupware for task management. It is single-user system that allows managing projects, workflow, and resources in small and midsize business. Team leaders and team members can create, manage and share to-do lists within the team by e-mail or publish them on corporate website.
